Project Delays & Inactivity
Timely communication and content submission are essential to keeping your project on track. If you fail to provide the necessary content within our agreed-upon timeframe or pause the project without communication, the project will be considered inactive. If you choose to resume after an extended period, a reactivation fee may apply to account for the time and resources needed to reintegrate the project into my workflow. Project timelines may also be subject to change based on current availability.

Revisions Policy
You have up to two weeks after project completion to request as many revisions as needed. All requested revisions must be submitted within this timeframe. I review and address revisions the following weekend after they are submitted. Any additional changes requested after the two-week period may be subject to additional fees. My goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the final result while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Third-Party Integrations & Analytics
My services do not include the setup, integration, or troubleshooting of third-party applications, analytics tools, or website connections to external platforms. While we may provide general guidance, it is the client’s sole responsibility to configure and manage these integrations. We do not assume liability for any issues arising from third-party connections, tracking discrepancies, or data-related concerns.

Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases, payments, and deposits for my  services are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.  By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy. Please review your order carefully before finalizing any transaction.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Website after such revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
